    Features

    National Standard

    Anti-corrosion, Sound-absorbing Smoke Exhaust Ducts have a fire endurance of 30–60 minutes, complying with the national standard GB/T 17428-2009.

    Anti-corrosion

    The inner and outer surfaces of the ducts use embossed color steel plates to enhance corrosion resistance, making them widely suitable for high-humidity environments such as basements.

    Sound Insulation

    A new type of microcellular material between the inner and outer color steel plates effectively isolates noise.

    Noise Reduction

    The inner color steel plate does not require reinforcing ribs. Instead, its diamond-shaped embossed pattern corrects airflow direction, reduces resonance, and minimizes noise caused by vibration.

    Lightweight

    For smoke exhaust ducts of the same scale, this anti-corrosion and sound-absorbing product weighs only 1/4 of traditional galvanized steel ducts. This significantly reduces costs for hanging materials, requires only 2 workers for installation, lowers labor costs, and improves work efficiency. It also complies with the Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (GB 50981-2014), allowing savings on seismic bracing systems.

    Thermal Insulation

    The core material has a thermal conductivity of 0.028 W/(m·K), equivalent to the thermal insulation performance of 30–50 mm thick glass wool.

    High Strength

    It can withstand a maximum wind pressure of 3000 Pa, meeting the requirements of high, medium, and low-pressure systems.

    Low Material Waste

    Boards can be produced in custom lengths based on duct fabrication needs, minimizing material waste and improving production efficiency.

    Easy Fabrication

    Boards can be cut using hand tools or mechanical knives. The use of snap-on metal alloy flanges ensures simple installation, fast hoisting, and a short construction period.

    Cost-effective

    This duct does not require reserved construction space for installation, reducing the building’s floor height requirements and overall construction costs. It also maximizes usable space within the building.
