• High Fire Resistance: Both the core material and surface layer are laminated with high-strength high-performance adhesives, resulting in excellent fire performance. Therefore, it is widely used in hospitals, subways, factories, etc.
• Noise Reduction & Sound Absorption: The core material of the glass fiber duct is made of porous ultra-fine glass wool board, which acts as a tubular silencer. Especially with very low secondary noise, it can reduce or eliminate the need for bulky silencers, effectively lowering the internal environmental noise of the project.
• Thermal Insulation: The product has a very low thermal conductivity coefficient. The outer layer can be aluminum foil or color steel plate with strong reflective ability. Tests show it can reduce the heat transfer coefficient of the duct by about 25%.
• Pressure and Stress Resistance: Glass fiber composite air ducts have good elasticity and fatigue resistance, effectively relieving the stress generated during system operation.
