As a new eco-friendly product for fire smoke exhaust systems, it outperforms conventional smoke exhaust ducts. This product features excellent fire resistance, fire endurance, water resistance, bending resistance, heat insulation and sound insulation. It is also non-toxic, lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to manufacture and install with simple construction processes.

    It is mainly used for basement fire smoke exhaust systems in various projects, and can also be used as exhaust ducts for fresh air systems. It is suitable for smoke exhaust and ventilation applications in large-scale projects such as hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, stadiums, etc.

    Composite Process

     The steel-faced magnesium fire smoke exhaust duct adopts the composite process of magnesium oxysulfate board and color steel, which effectively meets the fire resistance and fire endurance requirements of fire smoke exhaust ducts.

    Fire Resistance 

    The production process of the steel-faced magnesium fire smoke exhaust duct consists of a composite core material and surface layer. The core material is made of non-combustible Class A1 inorganic material, and the surface layer is composited with color steel plate via adhesive bonding, giving it excellent fire resistance. Tests have proven that it has a fire resistance capacity exceeding 1200°C. Certified by the National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing of Fire Building Materials, the duct meets the requirements of fire safety standards GB 8624-2006, GB/T 20285-2006, and GB/T 5464-2010.

    Thermal Insulation 

    The core material of the steel-faced magnesium fire smoke exhaust duct uses fire-retardant thermal insulation particles as filler, providing effective thermal insulation. According to fire endurance tests, when the external temperature exceeds 1000°C, the internal temperature of the duct remains stable below 180°C.

    Corrosion & Acid Resistance, Non-toxic 

    The core material of the steel-faced magnesium fire smoke exhaust duct is composed of inorganic mineral materials, offering excellent corrosion and acid-alkali resistance. This ensures the duct will not deform or weather even in humid basement environments.
